Your enthusiasm, hard work and community spirit are what make Powburn Show so special year after year.

Seeing so many smiling faces enjoying the day makes it all worthwhile. It's a real celebration of our rural community.

Good morning everyone.

gates open for traders to be set to allow us to open up to the public at 10am.

Industrial classes must be set by 10.30am. Entry on the day.

Parking available on a first come, first served basis.

We are able to take cash and card payments on the gate for entry.

Fantastic food and drinks available as well as loads of amazing trade stands and kids activities too.

We hope you are also able to join us for the after party in the marquee with fantastic music and beer from The Plough Inn Powburn.

Message from May Wilson, Chair of Hedgely Parish Council:

“Hedgeley Parish Council would like to express their sincere gratitude to Powburn Show for generously providing the funds to build the willow dome. Special thanks also go to Anna Turnbull of BiteaBout Art, who designed and constructed the dome, giving children more opportunities for imaginative play in our play area. We would like to extend our thanks to the pupils of Branton Primary School and the local children who popped by after school to lend a hand in completing the new structure.
In 2024, the committee further supported the Parish Council by contributing to the funding for the installation of the new slide.”
