The The Royal Oak has helped Substate from the start, best wee pub in Alloa💪

So, ten years ago to the day, myself and Greg McMullan opened the doors to our brand new venture together, the Royal Oak. A decade later and we're still here. We've not murdered each other yet, I actually think he still loves me a wee bit 😂
We've had some great times, some tough times, we gained loads of new friends, and lost a few along the way. We've had plenty fun and met some fantastic people as well.
We continue to try and improve all aspects of our business at a difficult time for the leisure industry as a whole, but we could not do this without the continued support from our loyal customers and the support of the local community.
There have been staff who have come and gone over this period as well who have played their part in where we stand today, and continue to do so, and we would like to show our appreciation to all of those employees too.
So to all those who have been with us over this journey and to those that continue to support us, can we just say a massive thank you to all of you from the bottom of our hearts. It means more to us than you will ever know ❤️❤️❤️
