⭐ WELL DONE TO OUR HILCOTE DANCERS! ⭐

What a brilliant class we had at Hilcote last night! 💃🤠

Last night saw the launch of our very first Monthly Spotlight Dance Challenge and I couldn't have asked for a better start! ⭐

For our June Spotlight Dance, we took on Stomp 2, 3, 4. Whilst some of you may have recognised parts of it from seeing others dance it before, for many of you this was your first time learning it properly.

And wow... you absolutely nailed it! 👏👏👏

This dance sits at Improver level, yet you approached it with enthusiasm, determination and plenty of smiles. It just goes to show that when you believe in yourselves and take things one step at a time, you're capable of far more than you might think. I was incredibly proud of you all. ❤️

A huge thank you as well to everyone taking part in our 100 DANCES IN JUNE Challenge. It's wonderful to see so many of you getting involved and already making fantastic progress towards your certificates.

Last night we danced to:

And after the class had finished and I left the music playing quietly, a few of you couldn't resist one more dance! 😄

Many of the dances we covered were new to some of you, but as always you gave them your best effort, supported one another and had a great time doing it. That's exactly what Stardust is all about. ⭐

Tonight at Hilcote we'll be introducing our June Spotlight Dance! ⭐

This is the dance we'll be revisiting and building on throughout the month, giving everyone the chance to really get to know it and enjoy dancing it with confidence.

We may have been in a smaller room this week (we'll be back in the Birchwood Room next week), but you certainly brought plenty of BIG energy, enthusiasm and smiles! ✨
