Private lessons are available for £30 (1hr) and can be shared between a group.

Since the post about cancelling the mum and baby class in Alfreton, I have had lots of people messaging saying they wanted to join.

You are able to book a private lesson for £30 and share the cost between you still.

The poles are still at the studio but will be taken away if there’s still no interest in a few weeks. ☺️

I’m afraid due to lack of interest in our Mum and Baby class in Alfreton, this class will not run.
We need a minimum of 6 people to make this class possible and sadly we haven’t reached our goal.

Our new mum and baby class means you can bring your baby and work out in a class for less than going to the gym!

Pole fitness is great for mental health too and by far the EASIEST way to lose weight!

Mum and Baby Pole Fitness!
Starting Monday 5th September at 1:15pm!

The only daytime class around!

Get fit, get strong and lose weight with this 45 minute child friendly pole class which allows you to bring your baby too!

We have 4 poles situated in the wonderful brand new ‘Studio 44’ in Alfreton. There are toys and mirrors to entertain your little ones while you have a little time for yourself to exercise and meet other likeminded Mums too!

This ‘no pressure’ class is suitable for beginners to intermediate students and allows you to work out as hard or a little as you like!

You’ll build strength as you go and is perfect if you are feeling down about your body after having a child because you’ll soon build confidence by doing this class.

Prices:
£7 per session
£24 for 4 weeks
