Fabulous Move It Monday at the studio 🥳💜.

In Zumba we had a new flamenco & soca track. Tonight in Zumba + Lift we also had the new soca track & our first resistance bands track too 🪇.

And in Step In Line we learned 2 brand new beginner line dances. Links to the step sheets & choreo of those will be posted up in the comments section 😉.

Lastly, thank you for putting up with me tonight with yet another injury 🤦‍♀️. Subsequently, our timetable has changed for the rest of the week.

No Combat or Strictly this week. But we've added in an extra Step In Line class on the Thursday night 🤠
