FIRST UP - FRIDAY 4TH DECEMBER 💋
Ladies, get ready, it’s your turn to shine,
Leave the men at home, grab a bottle of wine and have a fabulous time. The Sassy Boys are coming to town, so get your glad rags on and get your best girls around. There’ll be dancing and laughter, a Christmas delight, and plenty of reasons to behave VERY badly that night. The husbands can wonder just what you got up to…But what happens at Ladies Night stays firmly with you.

Beauty and the Beast are coming our way,
For a magical night of panto hooray.
With laughter and fun and a story to tell,

THEN - SATURDAY 19TH DECEMBER 🎅
It’s the KIDS BIG CHRISTMAS PARTY, hip hip hooray. The perfect way to celebrate Christmas Day…Well, Christmas Day’s not actually here, But we’ll have enough festive madness to last through the year.

There’ll be dancing and games and music galore, And ‘Santa D’ may even come through the door. The kids can go wild, have an absolute blast, While the parents wonder how long they’ll last.

So please mark all three dates and come join the crew, There’s festive mischief waiting for YOU. Three brilliant events, so don’t be a fool…CHRISTMAS AT THE DIXON IS GOING TO BE COOL. We had a lovely drive to Callander to help Poppy celebrate her 10th birthday. What a party it was, the kids were amazing, and the dance floor was full the whole time. We had games, dancing and lots of fantastic singing from the girls. We hope everyone enjoyed the party as much as we did. Thank you for allowing us to be part of Poppy’s special day.

Some photographs from Stephen, Alaya and Blake’s Christening in The Clyde Venue in Clydebank. What a great day we had with everyone. We knew everyone at the party as we have done so many parties for this family. It was lovely to see everyone again and help celebrate the three kids on their special day. The kids were all fantastic as usual and the adults were up for a good laugh too. The hall was beautifully decorated, and the balloons and candles were stunning. We hope you all had a lovely afternoon with us and thanks again for allowing us to be part of the celebrations.

Our FamJam 2026 Family Fun Day in the Dixon Bowling Club was a huge hit. What an afternoon it was. Magic Max kept the kids engrossed in his magic tricks, lots belly laughs were heard during his show. Then we had some games in between, and the world’s greatest dancer to get the adults involved too. Then, the wait was finally over, the one we had all been waiting for, Robert the Robot! He didn’t disappoint. The kids and adults loved him, and unfortunately some kids were scared, just like me when I first seen him in Glasgow in the 80s. I think it was a huge success and hopefully we will have another one in 2027!

Thank you so much to everyone who came along, it was lovely to see some of our regulars and it was great to see so many new faces to. We had a great afternoon with everyone and we hope you all did too. Thank you to Glitzparty for coming along again, painting all the kids faces and some of the ‘bigger’ kids faces too.

Thanks again to Robert McGowan who was Magic Max and Robert the Robot. He done amazing!

THIS SATURDAY… FAMJAM 2026 IS HERE.
Have the kids survived their first week back at school? Then why not treat them to an AMAZING family day out this Saturday, 22nd August. This event is being held local in one of the best halls in Dumbarton, The Dixon Bowling Club. The event is 12:30pm – 4:30pm.

We are so excited to be bringing you a day packed with fun, laughter, dancing, magic and some very special entertainment. MAGIC MAX will be joining us with his incredible magic show and keeping the kids completely entertained. In between, we’ll have all the cheesy party tunes, dancing, games and plenty of fun with Heaney Entertainment. THEN…Get ready for the ONE AND ONLY… THE ORIGINAL ROBERT THE ROBOT FROM THE 80s. Robert the Robot will be making his appearance with a LIVE PERFORMANCE and will be available afterwards for photos. And here’s the thing, we have never done an event like this before. This is the first ever FamJam and we honestly think it’s going to be one of those days the kids will be talking about for ages.

On the day we will have a kids toy raffle, with over 30 goodies for all the lucky winners. There will also be an adult bottle raffle. Raffle tickets are just £1 each. Cash preferred, but bank transfer is available if you’re stuck. FREE snack bag for all the kids on arrival. Please make sure you sign in with me when you arrive so we can get these handed out.

The bar will also be open for extra juice and crisps, plus refreshments for the grown ups. The bar accepts cash and card. GLITZPARTY will be joining us in the foyer with their amazing Face Painting and Glitter Tattoos. Their stall is cash only. We still have some availability for this fun-tastic day so don’t miss out. Kids are £8 each. One adult FREE, Additional adults are £5. Payment is required in advance by bank transfer. All bookings are non-refundable.

Well, Saturday has been and gone, and what a day it was. Our End of Summer K-Pop Neon Disco was an absolutely fun-tastic afternoon, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better crowd. Every single one of the kids who came along was absolutely amazing, and we had such a brilliant time partying with them all.

We had lots of new faces joining us alongside some of our regular party kids, and it was just the perfect afternoon. And a huge thank you to all the adults who joined in too, I honestly don’t think I saw anyone sitting down. The dance floor was busy from start to finish, and it was fantastic to see everyone dancing, singing and having fun together.

A special thank you to my daughter Torunn, who gave up part of her Saturday afternoon to come along and help us sell raffle tickets before heading off to her shift at work.

A massive thank you as always to Debbie, Andy and Rachel from Glitzparty for joining us with their fabulous stall. It’s always lovely having you guys there. And finally, a huge thank you to Dixon Bowling Club for allowing us to hold all of our events in their hall. It really is a fantastic venue for parties, celebrations and functions, so if you’re looking for somewhere to hold your next event, please give them a try before looking elsewhere. You won’t be disappointed. Also, thank you to Jenna, who was kept busy serving everyone with a smile throughout the afternoon.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Dunbritton Housing Association’s Family Fun Day at Dumbarton Parish Church Hall, and what a fantastic afternoon we had. All the kids were absolutely amazing and brought so much energy to the party, and a huge well done to all the adults who joined in the fun too. We always love a midweek party, and this one was definitely a good one.

Our friends at Glitzparty were there keeping everyone looking fabulous with their amazing face painting and glitter tattoos. It was also lovely to see Aimee McGarvey from AM Creations. Her stall looked absolutely amazing, if anyone is looking for gift ideas please check her out.

Finally, a massive thank you to all the staff at Dunbritton Housing Association for organising such a wonderful day for your tenants and for choosing us to be part of it. We had a brilliant time. And, of course, here are photographs of all our lucky winners.

This weekend’s End of Summer K-Pop Inspired Neon Party is officially another SOLD OUT event. We honestly can’t wait to party with everyone.

But don’t worry if you missed out, because we still have availability for our FamJam Family Fun Day on Saturday 22nd August. Come along for an afternoon packed with family fun. We’ll have Magic Max entertaining everyone with his amazing magic, followed by games, dancing and plenty of fun. And then comes the BIG one.

ROBERT THE ROBOT (original 80’s) He’ll be joining us for a live performance and will also be around afterwards for photos. And that’s not all. Glitzparty will be there doing what they do best, with their amazing stall in the foyer offering lots of gorgeous goodies. Plus face painting and glitter tattoos. Please remember, their stall is CASH ONLY.

FREE snack bag for every child on arrival, extra snacks and drinks available from the bar. The bar takes cash and card. This will be our last event until December, so if you’ve been meaning to come along to one of our events, this is your chance. And if you’re already thinking ahead to Christmas.
