Burlex Fitness is the original flirtatious fun dance fitness class that combines a burlesque themed workout with props such as chairs, hats, feather boas & fans!🪑🎩🪶💃

Shimmy & wiggle your way through the routines while having fun with the glam workout as you enter the world of tease in a supportive environment! 🤗

Burlex classes focus on cardio fitness, core strength & flexibility, leaving you feeling fit, healthy, body confident & empowered ♀️.
