CLASS DESCRIPTIONS......
👢 Bootcamp
One hour Bootcamp sessions combines strength & cardio exercises for a full body burn & help whip those bodies into shape!
🏋️♀️ Body Tone
A dumbbell strength & resistance workout, using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition set to a fun upbeat pop playlist.
🌈 Clubbercise
A fun, high energy & easy to follow workout with glow sticks & disco lights set to club classics up to the latest dance anthems!
💃 Fitsteps
FitSteps is an upbeat dance fitness class with all the favourite Strictly Dances. You'll have so much fun you won’t realise you are getting fit!
💃 Fitsteps FAB (For ALL Bodies)
FAB dance fitness workout "For All Bodies" combines swing & sway roots, making it great fun to do whether young or young at heart.
🧘♀️ Fusion Flow
Low impact/intensity class using LBT moves & yoga & pilates inspired combinations. Immerse yourself in the chilled playlist & mood lighting.
💗 L1FT
Strength & conditioning training to build a strong healthy body utilising different weights (dumbbells, kettlebells & barbells).
🔥 Mash It Up
This 30 minute class is split into 3 sections to provide a full body workout in a short space of time...Combat, HIIT & Stretch.
💜 M1ND
Mobility, stability & flexibility training designed to compliment an active lifestyle & draws inspiration from rehabilitation, calisthenics & yoga.
💗 Resistance
A 30 minute low impact strength & resistance exercise class using various size bands to maximise your results.
🧡 R1ZE (HIIT Class)
A high intensity functional training using an aerobic step for a full body interval blast using your bodyweight & sometimes weights.
⏪ Rewind
Dance through the decades (70's/80's/90's) in this fun, easy to follow, dance aerobic workout, guaranteed to make you sing, smile & sweat!
💚 SH1FT (HIIT Class)
Smart high intensity functional training. Improve strength, mobility, balance, speed, agility (& your abs... if that's what you're after).
👣 TAPfit
You've danced to the beat, now it's time to BECOME THE BEAT. Learn to create music with your feet, get fit & have a blast!
🌶 Zumba Fitness
Zumba Fitness takes you around the world of dance in this 45 minute cardio class & burn a ton of calories without even realizing it!
🌶 Zumba In The Circuit
A fun upbeat circuit based workout. One minute of cardio followed by one minute of strenght training set to Latin music.
