We begin tonight.
Harvest the Medicine opens at 7.30pm, the first of ten gatherings running online across the rest of the year. Tonight’s session is called Landing Softly, with over 1500 of you signed up.
Three weeks on, some of you are still flying and some of you have hit the ground hard. Both belong on this call. If your Medicine was difficult, or if something came up that hasn’t settled since, tonight is especially for you.
We’ll open with a landing meditation, then speak honestly about the medicine and the difficulty of it, and introduce our journey. There’ll be time in small groups, and time to share with the whole community if you’d like to. We close together in prayer.
Three questions to sit with before you come:
1. What moment from Medicine is still alive in you, and why do you think it has stayed with you?
2. What are you still processing, tending or trying to understand from your experience?
3. What quality, insight or intention do you want to carry from Medicine into your everyday life?
A few practical things:
Arrive from 7.20. We start promptly at 7.30.
Please join from the Zoom app rather than your web browser, otherwise we can’t place you into a small group.
Find somewhere quiet. Bring a candle, an altar, or anything you’d like present with you.
We’re recording the main room only. Small groups are never recorded, and what’s said in them stays there.
Opened by our co-founders and co-directors Zak Avery, Jenna Ansell, George Barker and Remi Ola Joyegbe.
The link to join the zoom is in your inbox if you signed up. Please check your junk.
