Well done to all our stars of the week 🌟

It may have been sunny outside and the last session before half term, but that certainly did not stop us from working hard at Strong Voices 🎭✨

All three of our groups worked brilliantly this week, learning and refining the final bits of choreography for the show, whilst also continuing to work on those all-important strong voices.

In fact, we were so busy that we did not even get time to award our stars of the week in our last class — so there will be a double celebration next time 💛

Over half term, please keep looking over those lyrics and practising your numbers… there are now only 3 rehearsals left!

Our stars of the week worked super hard in making sure they knew their numbers so well. Well done ✨

Well done to all 3 of our stars of the week. 🌟

This week it suddenly hit us that we only have 4 sessions left until our dress run… but honestly, we should not be worried at all, because our students are bringing the energy and determination to make this show amazing 🎭✨

This week was no exception. They arrived full of sparkle, positivity and focus, ready to work hard and give it their all.

Our stars of the week were especially on it — remembering choreography, learning lyrics and bringing those all-important smiles every step of the way 💛

We are so proud of them all and getting more excited by the week to see this show come together x

We don’t have favourite students… but letting us taste-test your Alcester Food Festival Bake Off cupcakes is certainly one way to become one 😄🧁

A huge Break a leg to our Spotlight Performer Frankie, who is entering today’s Alcester Food Festival Bake Off competition.

The challenge is to design and bake six cupcakes that creatively use food which might otherwise go to waste, with a total spend of no more than £5 — and we have to say, we were seriously impressed.

We may be a little biased, but these cupcakes were absolutely delicious, and we are so proud of Frankie.

We’re all rooting for you Frankie 💛✨

Well done to all 3 of our stars of the week. You really did shine x 🌟

We’re a little late posting these this week because it has been busy, busy, busy at Strong Voices 🎭✨ Between ticket sales for our forthcoming show — wow, are those selling quickly — our May half term workshops and our Show in a Week this summer, there is so much going on.

But none of it would be possible without our superstar students 💛

These stars of the week have all been chosen for very different reasons — kindness, progress and constant smiles. We love how individual all of our students are, and as we come closer to our 1 year anniversary, it is so special to look back and see how far they have all come on their journey with us.

Well done stars — we are so proud of you x

A full week of singing, acting and dancing, building confidence, making friends, and working towards an end-of-week performance that will have you bursting with pride 💛

This year it’s High School Musical inspired 🏀🎶✨

Liv is something really special 💛

If there is someone in musical theatre who truly understands acting through song, it’s Liv. She has such a lovely way of bringing meaning, character and emotion into every performance.

What people might not realise is that she is also a beautiful songwriter too. Is there nothing this girl can’t do? 🎭✨

Come and watch Liv perform I Can Hear the Bells at The Sound of Strong Voices on 21st June at 4pm at The Greig Hall, Alcester — you won’t want to miss it.

A huge thank you to Tasha from our Spotlight Performers 6pm class, who has kindly stepped in with our 5pm Rising Voices group by taking on the role of Miss Hannigan, for our upcoming show ' The sound of strong Voices' on Sunday 21st June at 4pm at the Greig hall.🎭✨

Rehearsals for this started last week and, just as we expected, Tasha got stuck in straight away and gave it her all.

Not only is Tasha incredibly talented, but she is also working hard preparing for her GCSEs, which begin today! With others in the class doing the same, we are so proud of the dedication, maturity and commitment our older students continue to show.

Well done Tasha — and good luck to all of our students starting their exams. We know you will be brilliant 💛

You might think that when choosing our comperes, we would automatically go to our older students — but not this time 💛

Our younger group shone so brightly that our two comperes for the show simply had to be Trixie and Poppy 🎭✨

When you come and watch the show, you’ll see exactly why. They are absolutely bursting with fizz, energy and stage presence, and we know they are going to be such a special part of the performance.

A huge well done to both girls — we cannot wait to see you shine x
