FINAL FEW SLOTS LEFT

🚢WE’RE HEADING DOON THE WATTER!🌊

This July and August, Jim and Jean McDonald will be setting sail on a nostalgic journey back to Rothesay as they attempt to recreate the holiday they enjoyed as youngsters.

Of course, after 50 years of marriage, things don’t quite go to plan…

Packed with laughs, songs and more than a few surprises along the way, DOON THE WATTER will be touring care homes, sheltered housing and community halls across Scotland this summer.

Who knows… they might even be dropping anchor in your venue! ⚓😂

Another week on the road completed for Cinderella and Buttons, and what a magical few weeks it has been! 💙👠

We’re now just over halfway through the tour and we’ve loved every minute of bringing the laughs, the songs and a little bit of fairy tale magic to audiences across Scotland.

Almost four years ago, WHEN WE WERE YOUNG first stepped onto the stage.

What began as a play written by Liam Lambie has grown into a multi award-winning production, touring theatres across the UK and earning critical acclaim along the way. From sold-out performances and five-star reviews to performing in some of the country’s most iconic venues, the support for this story has been incredible.

Most recently, the production was honoured with the Creative Arts Award at the Proud Scotland Awards, adding to a growing list of achievements that none of us could have imagined when this journey first began.
