🎸🤠 A DIFFERENT KIND OF NIGHT OUT FOR US! 🤠🎸

Last night we swapped the line dance floor for the gig floor and headed along to King Tut’s to see The Getaway’s FIRST HEADLINE GIG! 💃🎸

And yes… before anyone asks, there was DEFINITELY still line dancing involved! 🤣👢

We had an absolutely fabulous night from start to finish, but hearing HIGH ROAD as the opening track was a real highlight for us! 🥹💚

A wee bit of backstory for you…

Ryan’s mum, Avril, is one of our OG dancers, and when she recommended some of The Getaway’s tracks to us, we knew we had to give them a listen. 🙌

That’s where HIGH ROAD came from — and here we are, still dancing it, still loving it, and now getting to hear it live! 🥰 There’s something pretty special about watching a dance you choreographed come full circle like that.

The support acts were fab, and the boys put on ONE HELL OF A SHOW! 🔥🎸 Huge congratulations to them on their first headline gig — what a night!

We’re already looking forward to the next one… and who knows, maybe we’ll have a new dance or two up our sleeves by then! 👀🤭

From the line dance floor to the gig floor — HIGH ROAD is coming along for the ride! 🤠💚

🤠💚 WHAT. A. FABULOUS. DAY! 💚🤠

We’ve had the absolute BEST time at Owen’s Hospice Hoedown, raising money for the incredible St Andrew’s Hospice! 👢💃

We were absolutely honoured and delighted to be part of such a brilliant day alongside Edward Reid & Robert Craig, bringing a wee bit of line dance fun, country music and plenty of boots to Owen’s — all while supporting such a fantastic cause. 💚

And WOW… what a crowd! 🥹

A HUGE thank you to every single person who came along, had a sing-song, got up for a dance, joined in with the madness and, most importantly, dug deep and donated to charity. 👏👏👏

We’ve had an absolute blast and we’re pretty sure you all did too! 🤠✨️

There’s a full round-up coming very soon, with MORE photos, MORE videos and MORE memories from what has been a cracking day…

But for now, have a wee look at all those happy faces! 🥰

👀 Can you spot yourselves?

Give yourselves a tag in the comments and let us know if you were there! 💚

✨ MONDAY CLASS ROUND-UP ✨

Well, Monday was a wee bit different! 🤠💃

👧 KIDS CLASS

Our kids got stuck into some brand new dances, but we also decided to switch things up a little!

They’ve done little choreography challenges before, but this time we decided to push them a bit further… 👀

They’ve been working together, putting their ideas into practice and starting to create something that is theirs — and you might just see a Steppin’ Out Kids Crew dance coming your way very soon! 🤩🔥

We’re SO excited to see where they take this, and we’re already ridiculously proud of them! 💚

They danced:

👢 Cry – our own! {NEW}
👢 Zombie Walk – Rob Fowler Dance {NEW – x2}

💃 BEGINNERS

Monday Beginners was full of brand new dances because sometimes, you all just need a wee push! 🤣

No hiding behind the dances you know this week — we threw some new ones at them and they absolutely smashed it! 👏

They danced:

👢 Hey Georgia – Stephen McKenna & Lesley McKenna {NEW – x2}
👢 Turn This Town – Maddison Glover Line Dance & Jo Thompson-Szymanski {NEW – x2}
👢 Kane's Boots – Andrew Hayes Line Dancers
