This week we’re saying “see you later” as Annie heads off to Camp America for the next 2 months. We’re so excited for her to embark on this incredible adventure, make unforgettable memories, and experience everything camp life has to offer!
Annie, thank you for all your hard work, positivity, and dedication to our gymnasts. We know you’re going to be amazing and make a huge impact wherever you go.

Last night’s Kidz Class was working hard on their splits during stretch time! 🌟

Flexibility takes patience and consistency, and we’re so impressed with the effort everyone is putting in. Every week we practice, our gymnasts are getting a little bit closer to their full splits, and their progress is really starting to show! 💪🤸‍♀️

Keep up the fantastic work, everyone—we can’t wait to see how much further you’ll improve! ❤️

A quieter Saturday advanced class on the weekend meant the coaches had the chance to get creative with another one of our crazy contraptions! 🤸‍♀️😄

Summer fun is in full swing at the gym! ☀️🤸‍♀️

From one of our adorable tots taking on a fun gymnastics obstacle course, to our Kidz class crushing the monkey bars all by themselves 💪🙌 and working hard on vault skills — this is what confidence, strength, and FUN look like!

We love seeing our athletes grow, try new things, and have a blast doing it. 💙

From our adorable Tots class
bravely trying their steps and balances, to our older Kidz gymnasts practicing their skills — every single gymnast has worked SO hard this week 👏🤸‍♀️

Beam takes A LOT of focus and balance and we’re so proud of the progress being made at every level. Watching these gymnasts
support each other, grow in confidence and challenge themselves each session is what it’s all about 🌟

Watching these athletes level up their aerials has been incredible 🤩🔥 The strength, flexibility, control, confidence and commitment it takes to master this skill is HUGE — and their hard work is paying off!

Aerials are such an important milestone in gymnastics because they build power, coordination, spatial awareness and fearless technique that transfers into so many advanced skills 💫 So proud of the progress, determination and resilience shown by every gymnast in this video 👏💙
