✨ Beam Week Fun! ✨

What a weekend! 💙 Our gymnasts had a fantastic time putting their beam skills to the test during Beam Week! 🤸‍♀️

From big skills and brave attempts to plenty of smiles, laughs and lots of encouragement, it was all about building confidence, challenging ourselves and having FUN! 💪✨

We’re so proud of everyone who got up on the beam and gave it their all! 🌟

Who says a quiet advanced class can’t be fun? 🤸‍♀️✨

A smaller group meant more turns, more coaching, and LOTS of progress! The girls made the absolute most of it, putting in some fantastic work on their beam skills before finishing off with a few fun tumbling challenges.

The effort, energy, and determination on show were amazing from everyone. A huge well done, girls—you smashed it! 💙👏

Last night’s Advanced Gymnastics class was all about building strength, confidence, and having fun! 💪✨

Our gymnasts challenged themselves across our aerial stations, bars, and rings, working on new skills, refining technique, and cheering each other on every step of the way. It’s amazing to see their hard work and determination paying off!

Keep up the fantastic effort—we can’t wait to see what you’ll achieve next! 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

A quick little snippet from one of our adorable Tots classes! 🐊💚

Here they’re practising their “crocodile snaps” during their stretches while counting all the way to 10! It’s a fun way to develop flexibility and coordination, while also supporting early cognitive skills like counting, concentration, and following instructions.

Learning through movement is what we do best! 🤸‍♀️✨

Proud is an understatement after last night’s Advanced Class! 🤩💙

Every single gymnast pushed themselves, worked incredibly hard, and the results were amazing — EVERY girl achieved a new skill! 🎉

We saw new aerials, baranis, and handsprings over vault, along with so many other personal victories. The determination, resilience, and support shown throughout the session was fantastic to see.

Huge well done, girls — all your hard work is paying off, and we couldn’t be prouder! 🌟👏

We don’t often do posts dedicated to just one gymnast, but we had to make an exception for this superstar! ⭐

Lena has been working incredibly hard on her back handsprings, showing determination, focus, and resilience every step of the way. Today, all that hard work paid off as she perfected them on our air track! 🤸‍♀️✨
