Ainsdale Village Singers are back NEXT WEEK on Thursday 8th January !!

We are a small & friendly community choir that sings and laughs together; we are challenged, we achieve, and we really enjoy ourselves.

✅ Improve your singing voice
✅ Be part of a shared experience every week
✅ Raise money for charity
✅ Sing in some lovely places
✅ Challenge yourself and feel a sense of achievement

The choir is growing in size and evolving with people who have been in the choir for years, to people who have been in it for just a term. You don’t need to be a brilliant singer and you don’t have to be able to read music - you will learn and improve with time.

Do you have to try ? Yes ! Nothing good comes with no effort. Will it be worth it ? Yes !!

No audition required. Join us for a taster and see what you think.

A great afternoon for audience and choirs at our Christmas Concert at St John’s Church, St John’s Rd Birkdale. The trees added an extra sparkle ✨ Thank you Clive Morris at the church for all his assistance and timing the Xmas Tree festival to coincide with our concert 😉😁
David Lonsdale, patron of The Learning Rooms, directed his fantastic choir and received a cheque for £500 from the Ainsdale Village Singers.
Thank you to the church, The Learning Rooms, the helpers (all family & friends), the committee who arranged the event, and particularly to Brenda Redmond for her wonderful accompaniment and Stewart Hankinson for his masterful direction.

We’re singing from 2pm this Sunday with guests ‘The Learning Rooms Singers’ at St John’s Church, St John’s Rd, Birkdale PR8 4JP 🎶

‘The Learning Rooms’ is our nominated charity for 2025 and we will be presenting a large cheque (literal and financial 😁) to them during the afternoon.

Interval refreshments and great Raffle prizes.

Only 59 days until Christmas …………but only 48 days until our Christmas Cracker of a concert at St John’s Church Birkdale where we Haul out the Holly and sing like Angels.

We’re singing at the Christmas Tree Festival too on Saturday December 6th at noon.

The Learning Room Singers will be with us too……it’s going to be a great couple of festive concerts.
