🎄 Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from New Lane Studio 🎶

As 2025 winds down, we just want to say a huge thank you to all our students, parents, bands, and recording clients for being part of the New Lane Studio journey. Your support, creativity, noise, and commitment are the reason this place exists.

This is a special one for us. On 2nd January, New Lane Studio officially turns 5 years old. Five years of lessons, rehearsals, recordings, breakthroughs, wrong notes, right notes, and a lot of music.

We’re also incredibly proud to be heading into the new year having hosted our first ever student showcase performance — a big milestone, and the first of many.

From all of us at New Lane Studio, we hope you’ve had a brilliant Christmas, a restful break, and we look forward to a happy, healthy New Year. We can’t wait to see what 2026 brings.

So, Dan Theobalds has written, recorded and released a Christmas song. We think its pretty marvellous- very Christmassy, which, for a Christmas song is pretty important.

There's a single and an EP version, on which the children from St. James' Lower Darwen sing. Theres a number of different versions, including a karaoke one!
