Matrix Arts Centre is an arts education charity providing a warm, friendly environment in a purpose-built building for children and adults to enjoy the arts in South Oxfordshire. It is our wish that creative education, presented in a friendly and approachable way, should underpin all our children’s courses. Our biggest offering and one key to our success - our Yamaha Music School - is a fantastic

A wonderful array of recent work from the students of Emma Hockley here at Matrix Arts Centre with termly themes ranging from World Art to The Human Form, and Still Life to The Future.

Looking at composition, colour, line, tone and many forms of mark-making, these 2D works show only a handful of the vast array of techniques on offer in the classes. The children explore their creativity and ideas using high quality materials in a studious but fun environment. Come and have a look at some of their work in the waiting area.

Do join us at our annual Barn Dance this Saturday 4 July from 6pm.

No need to book - just come along with plenty of food and drink to share and a donation towards the cost of the band and caller.

We look forward to seeing you for an evening of music and dancing, celebrating the end of a successful year.
