I'm very guilty of not switching off when I need too, overthinking, social media and other things

This is why its important to me to go sea glass hunting so that I can switch off and recharge.

I'm often asked when is the best time to go sea glass hunting/beachcombing?

Its recommended to go after heavy Storms or high winds as the strong waves "churn" the sea beds.

Winter is often the "ideal" season to hunt/beachcomb because the rougher winter Storms and bigger waves dislodge more materials from the ocean floor where it is then washed up to our beaches

I've been lucky during all seasons and find many gems but I generally do find more in the wet, colder months.

As much as i don't like the wet and cold like most people, finding what I find are sometimes worth the wet socks and cold fingers 🥶

Sea glass/beachcombing is now my favourite hobbie and pass time

I can typically spend hours and hours searching and it never bores me

So many beautiful treasures found, so many more to find 😍

Just a small fraction of what i was lucky to find yesterday when I was beachcoming

The tiny pottery piece and tiny blue sea glass i found are my favourite finds

I've added the usual favourites such as the seaglass charm earrings and seaglass Studs

New additions are the charm earrings at only £3 a pair!!

I loved making these!

A customer wanted a pair of stud earrings as a birthday present for her friend using a piece of tile they found whilst on holidays in Morocco!!
The friend secretly brought the tile back and asked if I could make the tile into stud earnings

This tile was so beautiful and I was honestly nervous this would all go so completely wrong but I'm incredibly pleased how it turned out

Lots of filing, lots of dust flying everywhere in my work shed but the mess was absolutely worth it!!

Such a special piece to make, so many memories to cherish
