Wool pictures made using needle felt and embroidery.

I have been playing with some different designs this week. I am pleased with the texture of these and allowing the flowers to stand out from the background.

Playing around with wet felt, all unfinished at the moment and some of it not even dry! My hands are now exceptionally clean and there is a lot of slightly soapy water splashed all over the studio! 😂

Completed this a few weeks ago and forgot to share. Life size stoat. The best thing about this is I watched lots of videos and found lovely pictures of stoats! They are also known as Ermine, in cold climates their fur will turn white. For the record weasels are smaller and they don’t have the clear line of distinction between their belly floof and back coat. Stoats have a dark tip to their tail and are larger than weasels. I do enjoy Lear more about the creatures I create from wool!
