We’ve got some exciting changes happening at Valleys Yarn House, and we wanted to let our lovely customers know what’s happening.
🧶 Our knitting groups and workshops are moving!
We’ll be bringing these to our new community hub, just around the corner in Abertillery Arcade. We’re really excited about this new space and what it will allow us to create together more opportunities to meet, learn, craft and build our community.
🏡 Our retail shop will be temporarily closing. In part to due Tony’s upcoming operation and as we take the next step in our journey and restructure Valleys Yarn House as a Community Interest Company (CIC), our physical retail shop will temporarily close while we make these changes. More on this below.
But don’t worry we’re not going anywhere! ❤️
You can still shop with us online throughout this transition. Orders can either be posted directly to you or collected from our new arcade community hub. A new shop will open in the near future.
We’re incredibly grateful for all the support you’ve given us so far. This is a big change, but it’s also an exciting new phase, one that will allow us to put our community at the heart of what we do. When we opened the Yarnhouse we never realised that the community work we do would be not just popular locally but internationally. The transition to a community interest company allows us to build on this, making Abertillery a destination for wool, yarn, crochet and knitting fans across the world!
