Abertillery Ladies Orpheus Choir

Look out for the Ladies in blue this Saturday at Party in the Park we will be performing on stage at around 1.30pm with our pianist Penny Hughes and MD Steve Bard. If you are interested in joining the Choir the details are below. The Choir are performing at other events for the next two Mondays so no rehearsals until 29th June.

We are looking forward to performing at Party in the Park in Abertillery on Saturday come and see us perform at 1.30pm on stage. We also have a teddy tombola ’prize every time’ stall so pop over and meet some of our lovely Ladies there too . We will be glad to speak to anyone who is thinking about joining a choir.

The Choir is looking for donations of teddies (soft toys) 🧸 to help us with our fundraising . If anyone has any they would like to give a new home to please get in touch and I can arrange to collect or let you know where to drop them off. Your support means everything to us as a community choir. Thank you . 🎶

We are not at rehearsals for the next two weeks in case you were thinking of joining us. But we will be performing at the Six Bells bi-lingual festival on Saturday 16th May at Six Bells Park. We also have a stall so come and meet us and have a chat, new members are always welcomed.

Hi , the choir is in need of a couple of folding stools (something like in the photo) for the comfort of our a chorister’s during performances. If anyone has one or two they could donate or negotiate a price we would be grateful. Please private message and i will get back to you . Thank you
