A little cove of blue💙🌊

One of the best parts of working in the gallery is finding homes for all the beautiful new pieces that arrive and creating little corners of magic at every turn.

There’s something so calming about these shades of blue — the gentle reminders of the Spey, the sea, and that feeling of being somewhere peaceful. 🩵

This little nook brings together some truly beautiful pieces from a selection of incredibly talented artists and makers, each with their own story, style and craft. Coming together to make a space that feels calm, collected and creative.

🐳Pop in and have a wander — you never know what little treasure might find its way home with you.

This is such a fun wee project. Just making it up as I go along 😛 patterns don’t have to be difficult to be effective....

clancancersupport - The Textiles Tour 🧶

This morning we had the pleasure of having a group of around 40 visitors who were taking part in The Textiles Tour with Clan Cancer Support to raise funds.

What a fabulous idea including other crafting businesses such as Johnstons of Elgin and Goodbrand and Ross.

Sarah gave a tour of the gallery and an informative talk on all things Scottish colourful thrums! Showcasing some Peg Loom work too.

As we are now in the full swing of our new home and our busiest months we have extended our opening hours to allow for more opportunity to browse our shop.

We would just like to say a massive thank you for everyone making us feel welcome and keeping us so busy in our new gallery, back to our home roots, here in Aberlour.

Keep an eye out for all upcoming events and as we continue to grow our collections there is new deliveries weekly! So pop in and have a look and a chat with our friendly team. 🥰

Look at that view🌈🧶..

Our Jaimeson’s Spindrift selection is going down a storm with lots of colourwork knitters in to pull projects together.

We love helping you pool those colour schemes and it has felt like colour work central, it’s been amazing! Our range has nearly doubled in size due to the extra demand.
