Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well! 🫶

Just a little update on the Heart & Soul Awards photos... I know so many of you are excited to see them! 🖤

Unfortunately, there has been an unexpected delay due to a bereavement affecting both myself and our photographer. Out of respect, I didn't want to put any pressure on him during such a difficult time.

The good news is I've now arranged to receive all of the full-resolution images on Sunday, so I'll begin working through them and sharing them with you as soon as possible.

Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding. I’m they'll be worth the wait! 🫶✨ I have seen some of them and very special moments have been captured 🖤

🫶We're continuing...

The Heart & Soul Awards and FITS UP have created something so much bigger than events... they've created a family.

My purpose has always been to spread love, celebrate others and shine a light on the good in our fitness industry.

Like many of us, I've had some tough moments recently, but this incredible community reminded me why these awards exist. Your support has been overwhelming 🫶

So... The Heart & Soul Awards are BACK for 2027! 🖤🫶💛

To get the beautiful momentum following the events going 🖤Nominations will be opening very soon, and I cannot wait to celebrate even more incredible people with you all.

I have just received The Heart & Soul Awards Official Video and it couldn’t have been sent at a better time 🖤

The Heart & Soul Awards were never created for me, they were created to celebrate others. They exist to recognise the incredible people, businesses, and professionals who pour their heart and soul into what they do every single day within an industry I’ve been a part of for 20 years and an industry I love 🫶

Thank you to everyone who made the evening so special, to everyone who filled the room with kindness, encouragement, and genuine celebration of one another. That incredible energy is what these awards are all about.

In every industry there will always be different opinions and criticisms, but I've chosen to stay grounded in what I have created 🖤

My purpose has always been to shine a light on others, create opportunities for people to feel recognised, and build a community where success is celebrated and I believe this video shows that.

When we choose encouragement over comparison, kindness over criticism, and collaboration over competition, we all rise together. That's the culture I want to keep creating, and I'm so grateful to everyone who shares that vision.

Congratulations once again to every nominee, finalist and winner. Every one of you should be incredibly proud of what you've achieved.
