My heart has been heavy. The painful news from Iran has been hard to carry. Like many of you, I struggle to focus, to create, or to feel anything close to normal.
My mum always used to say, Nowruz is for children. Even in the hardest times, children still deserve to feel the light and hope that spring brings.
It wasn’t easy to sit down and make this tutorial, but I did it hoping these simple Sabzeh dolls might bring a small smile, a gentle moment of creativity, and a reminder that renewal is still possible.

‎خبرهای دردناک سرزمین مادری و بی گناه کشته شدن مردمی که برای عشق به خاک وطن به خیابان آمدند، تمرکز و آرامش را از من گرفته.
مادرم همیشه می‌گفت: نوروز برای بچه‌هاست. حتی در روزهای سخت، کودکان حق دارند شادی و امید بهار را در دلشان احساس کنند.
با تمام غمگینی این روزها، این ویدیوی آموزش را آماده کردم به این امید که این عروسک‌های سبزه لبخند کوچکی ارمغان بیاورند و یادآور باشند که نو شدن و رویش هنوز ممکن است.
