It was a really special day at the studio for all of us today.
Long-time friends, industry colleagues, and honestly two people who believed in our studio from day one.
During the lockdown, Andrew helped me more than I can ever properly put into words. When we were building our first and then 2nd studio spaces i'd call at midnight about jewellery orders, building regulations, troubleshooting problems, and asking for guidance on how to build a successful piercing and tattoo business, he was always there. At a time when information within the piercing industry was still heavily gatekept, Andrew was one of the few people willing to genuinely help others succeed.
Looking back, I genuinely don't think Utopia would have launched in 2021 the way it did without his support, experience, and friendship.
Over the years we've shared countless conversations, ideas, industry debates, laughs, and a mutual passion for body piercing and jewellery.
So having Andrew and Chanelle in the studio today wasn't just another visit from industry friends—it felt like a real full-circle moment.
Thank you both for your friendship, your support, and for always being part of the journey!
