HOW TO MAKE RAINBOW SPAGETTI Boil spagetti as u usually would when cooked rinse under cold Tap until cold.get a few zip lock bags and put some spagetti in each using food colouring add some to each bag In your chosen colours.zip up bags and move the pasta around to colour it all. Leave sit for 5-10 mins and then rinse under the cold Tap till the water is running out clear..
(I used a colander)
My son really enjoyed helping to make the rainbow spagetti as well as playing with it
USEFUL TIP-
1.Put a shower curtain over the floor to help minimise mess and can be put into the washing machine later for an easy clean up.. a tuff tray or plastic container would also work if u have one..
2. U can throw in some cars, dinosaurs, construction vehicles for some roll play.
also please beware the recipe I used with this said that the colour should NOT come out of the spagetti once its been washed but mine did.. so just wanted to make u aware of that.. we had a great evening playing with this.. if u store in the fridge in the ziplock bags and wet it before use (as it gets abut sticky after a while u should be able to use it again for another day or 2

Haven't been on here for a while sorry lots going on including having another baby.. thought I'd share this it's not rocket science but both my kids enjoyed it and thought others may not have thought of it.. I put kinetic sand in a RUB (really usefull box) any tub or container will do or a tuff tray if your lucky enough to have one 😍 I then put my sons dinosaurs & little trees in and we had a bit of a role play. Making sand castles for the dino's to eat and then we introduced some unsuspecting sheep 🤣🤣 this is really good for role playing and also ads the sensory aspect with the kinetic sand.. could also use vehicles and diggers etc.. my son loved it and our 6 month old daughter enjoyed getting involved too :) was also fun discussing wich dinosaurs eat what etc so educational too .. off the buy more sand 🙈🤣

Just posed this one one of my mums group.. sorry I've not been active for a while new baby and all :) here's some ideas for things to do that I recommended on the group

Please Add my page crazy mum toddler fun.. Google baby sensory ideas or toddler ideas..
1.Tip a load of dried pasta in a large tub /container.. give him some kitchen utensils u can hide cars or blocks etc for him to find
2..Cook some pasta spagetti and dye it a few different colours with food colouring put in a large container or tuff tray let him sit in it and play with it.
3..U can get Gellibaff and make up a smaller batch and let him play with it put some cars etc in it..
4.. u can blend cheerios to make an edible sand and add some construction toys to it and its also edible
5.. look online for homemade edible playdoh
6.. look online for recipe for homage edible paint..
7.. I had a child's easel for this one.. tape a large peice of paper onto it sq**rt paints straight out of the bottle onto the paper and then give your child a Squirty bottle filled with water and let him sq**rt the paint to make it run down the page
8.. get some sheets of paper put them flat on a table using a dropper or syringe suck up paint ( may want to water them down) and blob onto the paper.. give your little one a straw and let them blow through it to make the paint run
9.. bath painting. Fill the bath like u usually would. Put some paint and some baby soap into separate pots give a little mix.. put your little one in the bath and let them paint the bath, themselves the tiles etc.. won't stain the bath because of the soap in them my son absolutely loved this and all the mess is contained to the bath quick rinse with the shower head and its all gone

Little tip put an old shower curtain on the floor for easy clean ups ..

Just saw this on one of my mum groups.. my son is always losing the lids off his pens.. this lady hot glued them together I think it's a brilliant idea

Pt..3 Conker painting.
We had a high edged baking Tray taped our paper down. We then dipped the conkers in paint put them on the paper and used the tray to roll them around.. my son Reallu enjoyed this 🥰😍🎃🎃

Pt.2.. We then used all the pumpkin guts in a Tub added conkers and dry pasta to make a conker treasure hunt.. he found and counted the conkers and had great fun squishing it all and using different utensils to explore.. shower curtain was sooo handy for this worked great 🤣🤣

Pt1 ..Today we had lots of fun carving a pumpkin.. TIP: put an old shower curtain down on the floor to catch the mess worked great 🎃🎃❤❤
