As an artist deeply inspired by the timeless works of the great masters, it is with immense honor and pleasure that I share with you my latest creation—a reproduction of a Leonardo da Vinci painting Salvator Mundi (Latin for 'Savior of the World').

The process of recreating this masterpiece has been a profoundly fulfilling journey for me. I poured my heart and soul into capturing the essence of his work.

The painting depicts Jesus Christ in an anachronistic blue Renaissance dress, making the sign of the cross with his right hand, while holding a transparent, non-refracting crystal orb in his left, signalling his role as Salvator Mundi and representing the 'celestial sphere' of the heavens.

The original painting was sold at auction for US$450.3 million on 15 November 2017 by Christie's in New York to Prince Badr bin Abdullah Al Saud.

What about my author and innovative interpretation of this timeless masterpiece? 💫
