Meet the Cast of Barefoot in the Park!

Today we're introducing the one and only Victor Velasco, played by Andrew Knight.

Victor is Corie and Paul's eccentric upstairs neighbor—a larger-than-life character who is living in the attic above their apartment and entering through the Bratters' window. Victor brings chaos, mystery, and plenty of laughs wherever he goes.

When Corie decides that Victor and her mother Ethel might make the perfect match... well we'll let you see what happens!

Recently widowed and still finding her way in this new phase of life, Ethel is practical, cautious, and not quite sure what to make of her daughter's free-spirited approach to marriage. But when Corie decides to play matchmaker and introduces her mother to her eccentric upstairs neighbor Victor, Ethel finds herself on an unexpected adventure of her own.

For some of our actors, rehearsal isn’t the end of their responsibilities! David and Roger are an integral part of IP productions both on and off stage.

David has been building props and set elements for The International Players for years and he never backs down from a challenge. Roger is always right there beside him and together the two of them dream up ways to create a New York City rooftop apartment on a stage in Villennes-sur-Seine. And did we mention Roger is the genius behind all of our graphics?

Roger and David are not only building our set for Barefoot in the Park — they’re also in the show!
