I had left this painting in our summerhouse in Sweden and I discovered it again. It is the last left over from a triptych and I really love the layering surface filled with hidden images…like an old wall, telling us about time, about life.

I draw and paint on very thin paper that I then glue to the surface.

The warm, from the ice, polished rocks that I still can feel on my skin…
The silent canoe trips, just until the birds, afraid for me coming closer, are screaming flying away.

The islands in the Stockholm archipelago are so beautiful. In the spring and early summer they are so filled with wild flowers as a contrast to the smooth rocks.

I’m now back in France, still filled with the vibrations of all this authentic beauty …and filled with gratitude of having been a part of all this for a summer month 🙏🇸🇪

I call this painting ”Memory ” and it is constructed with many layers of thin papers. You find a big face and in the middle I created a stripe?in front of the face, expressing the persons dreams, memories or inner life.

Our world is multidimensional created by so many layers, one overlapping the other…
