My experience with ceramics is growing deeper every day. Through earth and water, glazing and firing, it’s been a path filled with failures and beautiful results. It’s not easy to begin and definitely not easy to stop. I’ve learned so much already.

What I imagine and what the clay leads me to create are often completely different, and that transformation is wild and mind-blowing. As an artist, I’m truly excited for this journey and determined to bring my project to life.

Diplômée de l’Institut National des Beaux-Arts de Tétouan ainsi que de l’Université de Pau en France, Inaam Obtel (née en 1987 au Maroc) fait partie du cercle des artistes marocains qui montent avec un travail riche en émotion et en réflexion qui s’articule autour de l’univers des laboratoires médicaux, des médicaments, des analyses microscopiques et des examens optiques, pour proposer des formules visuelles allant des techniques de gravure, de photographie, de composition, de sculpture contemporaine à la vidéo.
