Here's our February schedule for free chair yoga classes at Hebron as part of Caridad's Wellness Wednesday offerings.

The Blue Angel, a 15 foot iconic statue, dates back to 1957 and the Blue Angel Motel. She was created by Las Vegan Betty Willis, who also designed the Welcome to Las Vegas sign.
The angel and the motel sign now reside permanently at the five points area where Charleston/Fremont/Eastern intersect.

We are so excited to announce our community TRY class in downtown Las Vegas starting Monday, November 6 at 6pm!

Certified TRY teacher Elyssa Tyler will teach a full sequence on the mat class. No yoga experience is needed. Even if you just come in and sit on your mat, you are doing yoga. We believe in "your yoga, your way".

PLEASE plan to be in the space at least 10 minutes before class starts! For the safety of our participants, the door will be locked at 6pm.

Paid parking is enforced on Main Street until 10pm daily. Free parking north of Charleston is available.

Do you miss the community Trauma Recovery Yoga classes we used to have in The 705 back in the day? So do we. But look what we have going on now:

Our new Sunrise Chair Yoga at the Ranch is this Saturday, July 8 at 7am. Adults and teens only, $10 per person. No yoga experience is needed.

We are thrilled to be partnering with Horses4Heroes on a new class ~ TRY chair yoga with horses as the backdrop!

Our amazing TRY teacher Joanne Diamond will be teaching the chair class.

This class will be 30 minutes long in a shady setting where horses will be quietly munching their breakfast nearby.

Following the yoga class, you may join the barnyard tour for a small additional fee.

End of an era.

The 705 became mine in 2016, and over the next 4 years would become an arts incubator, a place for community events like dance competitions, art shows, the home of Vegas Theatre Hub, the Las Vegas Rope Social, Wednesday night Trauma Recovery Yoga classes, and so much more.

It became a canvas for the incredible murals of two special artists, Aaron Sheppard and James Stanford, so thoughtfully curated by Laura Henkel.

Downtown Steve knew what he was talking about when he offered it to me. I had no clue what was about to happen. I'm incredibly grateful to him for all his help and for walking away at the right time so I could grow and learn to stand on my own.

I am a huge believer in the Universe setting things in motion. Everything has its time and place.

Our friend pointed out they have our Blue Angel sticker up in the shop at .n.grind!

While I was there, I picked up one of their new fabby tees with the Bicycle logo on the back.
