Dear users, we have recovered the data that some of you lost after the fire that disabled our servers on Wednesday March 10th, and merged it with your new accounts.

You should be able to access it with your credentials.

If you had an account before the fire and created a new one after, please ask us to merge your accounts, if we have not done it yet.

Dear Scratchers,

A little update since our latest post and the fire that interrupted our servers on Wednesday March 10th.

As some of you may have noticed, LS is back live since last Sunday ! We worked hard to reboot LS on another server so that you can continue playing because our hosting provider (OVH) takes time to re enable our server. However your data is still locked on the server disabled by the fire.

I CAN'T FIND MY ACCOUNT AND BEATS

Don't worry, your data is safe ! We just can't access it until our provider reboots our server. OVH is still enigmatic as when the server will be up again, but we hope that everything returns to normal in the following 2 weeks.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ?

In the meantime, we suggest you create a new account (better with the same email address you used before, but not necessary), so that you can continue to play, like and make beats.
After creating your account, please send us an email to [email protected] or contact us via messenger, with the maximum infos you have about your former account and the new one:
- email address (former and new)
- first name, last name (former and new)
- DJ name (if you have one and remember it)

We will merge the 2 accounts when it's all done, and will send an email to inform you 🙂

We're truly sorry for the inconvenience 🙏 We're doing our best to get LS back as it was before the incident, but some things are independent from us.
Don't worry, we're thinking about a present for the ones of you who were concerned 😉

Our dear scratchers,

As some of you may have noticed, La Scratcheuse is down since Wednesday March 10th, at approx 2 a.m. UTC
A fire occurred that night in one of our web host's datacenters (OVH), where LS's server lives.

Don't worry, your data is safe, but we can't operate LS, as OVH has shut down the entire datacenter for security reasons.

They told us that they're planning to reactivate the datacenter on Monday 15th, so we're expecting LS to be up again on Tuesday 16th.

We're deeply sorry for the inconvenience, we're working hard to get you to make beats soon, and get La Scratcheuse up again ! 🙏
