Yesterday on ABC News Breakfast, Myriam Boisbouvier-Wylie (French Australian Cultural Exchange Foundation) and pastry chef Pierrick Boyer told the country what’s coming: the largest immersive dinner ever staged, in Australia for the first time.

One night only — Thursday 22 October, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. A four-act dinner by three French chefs — Guillaume Brahimi, Pierrick Boyer and Quentin Zerr — and walls that come alive across more than 3,500 sqm of projection. Black tie.

Pierrick’s Paris–Melbourne — chocolate mousse, layered textures, a praline heart — was reinvented for this night.
