Sa visée est de mettre lumière et de donner les moyens d’expression nécessaires aux artistes Q***r sortant de l’ordinaire ayant un message fort et utilisant tous types de médiums dans un environnement bienveillant et sûr.
Sans concession, politique, intimiste, viscérale, comme un cri de liberté dans la nuit la plus noire, mettant de nouveau l'Art au centre de la fête.
