That’s exactly what we do at emraude with storytelling and gamification.

With Accor Academy, Standard Procedure training couldn’t stay as PDFs.
So we built a 3D training game, based on real hotel situations built as role-based missions.

Learners train
- either solo or in classroom mode,
- on mobile or desktop,
- with tutorials, certifications,
- and leaderboards to sustain progression and motivation.
