Celebrating the worldwide acclaimed actress on the centenary of her death, this podcast tells the incredible story of Sarah Bernhardt and how she managed to always stick by her motto: Quand-Même ! In spite of it all. Performing on stages all over the world, from the Comédie Française, in Paris, down to the open spaces of the Wild West, she challenged the traditions and the rules of her time… and: always remained true to her values, in spite of it all. This podcast was created by Thérèse Crémieux, a French playwright who wrote and performed two plays about Sarah Bernhardt.
