6 tracks made to move, to drift, to travel somewhere between sweat and sky 💧🌌 This EP is a ride, chaotic, joyful, a little unpredictable… just how we like it with PPJ 👹

Its name is Joker because it carries that energy: the moving party, the organized chaos, the pulse of the crowd. The Joker is the wild card : chance, luck, disorder, sometimes fortune, sometimes not 🃏👽 A reminder that madness might actually be what keeps the world spinning. It breaks the rules of the game.

Debut single ‘Violence’ is already out

With this first track, Civile lets the nostalgic legacy of classic French chanson surface, reimagined through a digital indie lens. It sketches out a present that must be inhabited at all costs, suspended between a cancelled past and an already haunted future.

Her debut single, Violence, sets to music a tender hauntology: crisp 909 rhythms carve through a spectral piano and a voice so intimate it pierces straight through.

Her music exists within this singular gap: a bold classicism, a way of adorning oneself with the fragments of a world falling apart, driven by a fierce need for delicacy.
