Sculptor: Chris Rothermel's Granite Ring stands greeting all who take the pedestrian bridge to visit the Cultural Arts Center to support the local arts of our city. A playful piece, City Hall can also be spied through the center when standing at the correct spot.

🎁 Gifted to the City in 2018 by the Hagan Family Foundation () as a lasting tribute to Robert Farley and his immeasurable contributions to the arts in our city.

Panthéon (from the Classical Greek word πάνθειον, pántheion, '[temple] to all the gods') in the Latin Quarter of Paris. It is modeled on the Pantheon in Rome. Built between 1758 and 1790, the dome was was designed to rival St. Peter's Basilica in Rome and St Paul's Cathedral in London.
