We are getting ready for Signal Festival and Signal Space Gallery 😎

For the second year in a row Ristband is teaming up with Signal to bring international media to the city across 4 days this October to experience one of the biggest cultural happenings in the Czech Republic, an event that brings half a million people to the city each year đŸ’„

Across 4 days, discover some of the greatest artworks and artists working at the intersection of digital art, light art, and projection mapping. This year’s Signal Festival explores dreams and visions through art, presenting a world in which reality dissolves and the boundaries between reality and dreams blur. Ristband has landed in Geneva with !!

We are here for the first ever đŸ’„ Global Dialogue on AI Governance đŸ’„ where Gadi will perform the Opening Ceremony in a performance of music, code, robotics- inviting audiences to consider how our relationship with these technologies is changing, and what it means for human creativity, emotion and agency.

The AI Dialogue is the world’s first international platform convened by the UN General Assembly where all governments and stakeholders sit at the same table to have the meaningful conversation on AI the world needs.

It brings together all 193 Member States alongside the private sector, civil society, academia and the technical community to exchange best practices and build common approaches to AI governance.

AI for Good is organized by International Telecommunication Union in partnership with over 50 UN partners and co-convened with the Government of Switzerland.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out last Friday to our Ristband Nights series of immersive concerts and live sets with ❀

It was a night somewhere between a gig, an art opening and a late-night underground gathering aboard one of Paris’s most unusual venues: a barge moored on the Bassin de la Villette ⛎

It was the hottest night of the week during a huge heat wave in the city, and you all came out to fill up multiple immersive concert sessions and pack out the venue for a live set to wrap up the night. It was so much fun and we can’t wait until the next Ristband Nights. Keep an eye out for the date and tickets on our Instagram- see you there!! đŸ«¶

It’s been incredibly rewarding for Ristband’s founding team to be invited to Scotland as leading entrepreneurs for the Future Pathways Inspiration Days with South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture Ltd.

We reached hundreds of secondary school kids in person with immersive experiences and workshops, and the wider programme has reached 20 000 young people thanks to the brilliant work of and .cohan.

This pilot project has been an incredibly meaningful experience, sharing what we’ve learned from creating, touring, and promoting immersive experiences around the world, and we can’t wait to be inspired in return by future generations of creatives in the years to come đŸ€—
