A villa in the nature, 30 minutes from Paris 🌿

Built on stilts in a private 3-hectare estate with its own lake, this villa in Gif-sur-Yvette is a true escape from the city. And it's easy to reach: a 13-minute walk from the train station, with parking on site.

Inside the villa, 352 m² of open space filled with natural light, with high ceilings, art and designer pieces. It comes equipped with a professional sound system and LED lighting, and hosts up to 60 guests for a meeting, a seated dinner or a cocktail.

Outdoors, a terrace, a pool and private gardens no one can see into, with access to the lake and a rowing boat on request. In high season, with the gardens open, the villa welcomes up to 100 guests.

Made for offsites, team dinners, product launches and photo or film shoots. Cleaning is included, and a caterer, a DJ or event staff can be added on request.

A space to work, a backdrop to create ✨

For its very first working session, new ready-to-wear brand FAMÉ needed a space that could do two jobs at once: give the team the calm to focus on the collections, and double as a set to shoot the first content for their showroom launch.

This venue ticked every box. Intimate enough that conversation flows easily. Soft light and carefully styled interiors that let the pieces speak for themselves. And enough room to move from the meeting table to the photo shoot without ever leaving the space 📸
