The decorative style was born after an experiment. I had to place paintings in a room with dark brown walls in order to make the effect of bigger space, light, equilibrium and joy. I am delighted to announce LEFTER’s participation at MOBU Bucharest .From June 3–7, 2026, LEFTER will present a special project where art, fashion and music come together through a series of unique collectible handbags created from vinyl records.

Six remarkable artists from Romania and France will transform vinyl records into original artworks that will become part of LEFTER handbags:

Each collaboration gives a second life to music, transforming it into wearable contemporary art while celebrating creativity, sustainability and cultural exchange.

Designed on the French Riviera, LEFTER continues its mission of connecting sound, memory and artistic expression through limited-edition creations that tell stories and preserve emotions.

I look forward to sharing these unique collaborations with collectors, art lovers and the MOBU community in Bucharest.

MOBU Bucharest 2026

I am delighted to present a special LEFTER project where art, fashion and music meet in a unique wearable form.

For this edition of MOBU, a selection of LEFTER handbags created from vinyl records will be transformed into one-of-a-kind collectible pieces through collaborations with six remarkable artists:

Each artist will create an original painted vinyl artwork that will become part of a LEFTER handbag, giving a second life to music while turning it into wearable contemporary art.

This project continues LEFTER’s mission of connecting sound, memory, sustainability and artistic expression through limited-edition creations designed on the French Riviera.

We look forward to welcoming you at MOBU Bucharest and sharing these unique collaborations with collectors, art lovers and music enthusiasts.

Some encounters leave a lasting impression.

During this beautiful evening, I had the pleasure of meeting Al Troto Matra Banga, an artist whose work, creativity and energy truly inspired me.

What I loved most was not only the originality of his collection, but also the powerful authenticity behind it. His creations celebrate culture, identity and individuality in a way that feels both bold and deeply human. In a world where so much can look alike, it was refreshing to discover such a unique artistic vision.

As a designer who works at the intersection of art, fashion and music through LEFTER, I am always inspired by creators who are not afraid to tell their story and share their roots through their work. Meeting Al Troto reminded me how beautiful it is when fashion becomes more than clothing — when it becomes expression, heritage and connection.

Thank you for your kindness, your positive energy and for sharing your universe with us. Encounters like these are one of the reasons I love being part of the international creative community.

I left inspired, motivated and full of ideas.
