As an IT engineer and a Creative, my life can get reallycrazy and demanding, sometimes with people questioning my choice...

As an IT engineer and a Creative, my life can get really
crazy and demanding, sometimes with people questioning my choices and saying negative stuff.
But if I've learnt anything from my double-life, its to live it by MY own rules and OWN MY struggles.

Self care is very important though! Whenever I create
something, I'm giving a part of me away in it, so at the end of the day..sometimes I'd
feel sooooo drained without nothing else to give.
Because of this, my self care routine is very important
to me, it is the small in-between work time or the 15min before going to sleep to put
creams, serum & essential oil after a day of creating, to thank and appreciate my body for working so hard.
