Le plus important à nos yeux et à nos cœurs, c’est la santé de chacun et en particulier que l’équipe de notre atelier puisse travailler en parfaite sécurité.
Ivann, notre directeur d’impression, David, notre chef d’atelier et Grégoire, notre big boss ont travaillé depuis plusieurs jours à imaginer une méthode de production qui soit totalement sécurisée pour l’équipe et ils pensent avoir trouvé. Seulement, certains messages contradictoires les font encore douter.
Ne préférant faire courir aucun risque aux membres de l’équipe, nous sommes donc contraints de fermer temporairement notre atelier d’impression à compter de ce soir. Cette décision nous semble la plus raisonnable face à la situation actuelle car il est important que chacun d’entre nous contribue à contenir la propagation du virus.
Nous vous tiendrons évidemment informés si nous étions amenés à faire évoluer cette décision, en fonction de l’évolution de l’actualité, de la réglementation ou de nos certitudes.
Notre site et nos applications sont quant à eux toujours fonctionnels si vous souhaitez réaliser vos albums photo ou vos faire-part. Si vous êtes prêts à attendre un peu, vous nous aiderez même beaucoup en nous confiant dès maintenant quelques commandes.
Vos commandes en cours et à venir seront relues et retouchées par nos correcteurs et nos graphistes en home office, et ne seront en revanche imprimées et envoyées qu’à la réouverture de notre atelier. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour le re**rd occasionné et nous vous remercions chaleureusement d’avance pour votre patience et pour votre compréhension. Nous prendrons bien entendu toutes les mesures nécessaires pour vous envoyer vos commandes au plus vite dès la réouverture de notre atelier. Due to the recent developments here in France, it is with a heavy heart, but peace of mind that we have decided to close our printing studio until further notice to guarantee the health and wellbeing of our employees.
Over the last few days, Ivann and David, our printing studio managers have been working alongside Gregoire, the big boss, to find a suitable way for us to continue processing orders, whilst guaranteeing the safety of our team!
The situation is, however, constantly evolving and it was, therefore, difficult to be 100% sure that we had done everything that we could to protect our employees and in turn their families and the public. With this level of doubt in place and the fact that we all have a duty to help contain the virus, we felt that the only choice left was to temporarily close the doors of our printing studio.
With us all having to spend a little more time indoors over the next while, it may just be the perfect opportunity to prepare your invitations or sort your photos and start your creating that photo book you had planned. Our website and application remain operational, whilst our proofreading team and graphic designers will continue to be on hand to ensure your creations are perfect for print. While we won’t be able to print your orders right away, we will be more than happy to get back to helping you document some of the most important moments in your life once our doors are open and our feet firmly on the ground.
We will, of course, keep you informed over the coming weeks if there are any further changes. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused especially to those who have recently placed orders and thank you in advance for your patience and your understanding. Rest assured that we will take all necessary measures to get your orders out to you as soon as we can.
