The Eos 1Dx MkIII is just built like a tank, but yet so delicate inside !
And I can’t say enough how good Canon Professional Service from is about fixing the s**t I keep destroying! The 1Dx is at this day, still the best professional camera around period!

My Eos 1dx mkIII totally rebuilt in 24h by CPS ! Don’t try this with other brands!🤭🤭🤭
This Is why I trust Canon over all other brands, if you break it they will fix it!

Just found the pictures that would describe best who Godspeed was like in real life. Back in 2009, I was still a rookie photographer and yet for some reason I knew how to shoot proper rally pictures… at the end of a very early morning practice, I was pretty much the only one to shoot the apex on turn 9, later on in the pit I showed this action shot to Ken, he looked at me, grabbed my pass, smiled at me and said  « nice shot, Christian! »… so I pushed my luck and asked him if we could shoot some portraits… he looked at me straight in the eyes , smiled and told me « ok, you have 5 minutes, I need to go… » so I set up my strobes, and shot a couple of dozen shots, and then he started juggling with his blackberry… to let me know he was done!😂
Since that day Ken and I always greeted each other with a smile and he always remember my name.
At this time he was already a legend, and I was no one , but he took on his precious time to give me my chance… thanks you sir for your kindness.

RIP Mr Ken Block, thank you for all you did for action sport…
Dave MIRRA once said that he would risk the fall to know how it feel to fly, I guess you were the exact definition of that.
There’s probably gonna be a shenanigans in heaven from now on.

Yesterday practice was dope, there was definitely a really rough but fair play challenge between team UK and Team France… the finals today are going to be wild! So stoked on the level of the rider and the respect riders have for each other’s… I can bet that coach and have sent the soldier on warpath! What an amazing healthy and respectfull competition between the two teams!
May the best take it home!
