Pioneer setups with the DJS-1000 or Toraiz and Pro DJ Link communicate incredibly well with each other. In Traktor, however, running four decks in a hybrid setup often brings me back to manual pitch adjustments. While I actually enjoy that aspect of DJing, it can take away some workflow and focus when you're trying to stay creative at the same time.
That's why I've been thinking about the best way to sync a Roland TBR with Traktor. Are you using as the master clock and sending Clock to the TBR? Have you had better results with Link, an external clock, or dedicated hardware acting as the master?
I'm mainly interested in real-world experience. What setup has proven to be stable and reliable for you during longer sets? I'd love to hear your thoughts, tips
