🎬 La sélection de est dévoilée, et le cinéma d’Europe centrale et orientale s’impose une nouvelle fois au Lido ! 🇮🇹✨
La 83e édition du Festival international du film de Venise a dévoilé sa sélection officielle, et nous sommes ravis de constater une forte présence des pays d’Europe centrale et orientale dans plusieurs sections du festival.
Des cinéastes confirmés côtoient de nouvelles voix, soulignant ainsi la vitalité et la diversité du cinéma contemporain d’Europe centrale et orientale.
Parmi les films d’Europe centrale et orientale sélectionnés cette année, on trouve :

🎥 « Imperium » de notre ancien président du jury, Sergei Loznitsa
🎥 « What Belongs To Others » de Grzegorz Dębowski
🎥 « Until The Day Ends » de Jelena Maksimović

🎬 The line-up is here, and Central & Eastern European cinema is once again making its mark on the Lido! 🇮🇹✨
The 83rd Venice International Film Festival has unveiled its official selection, and we’re thrilled to see a strong CEE presence across several sections of the festival.
Established filmmakers return alongside new voices, highlighting the vitality and diversity of contemporary Central and Eastern European cinema.
Among this year’s selected CEE films are:

🎥 “Imperium” by our former Jury President Sergei Loznitsa
🎥 “What Belongs To Others” by Grzegorz Dębowski
🎥 “Until The Day Ends” by Jelena Maksimović
🎥 “Guria” by Levan Koguashvili 🇬🇪 🇱🇺🤝 A Luxembourg co-production by our long-time partners Tarantula Luxembourg

🎥 “I Matter” by Alina Șerban

Several of these films have already caught our attention and are among the titles we’ll be considering for the 19th edition of CinEast. 👀🎥
