“I’m in Pain” – Mother Speaks After Her 2-Year-Old Daughter Tests HIV Positive.

A deeply emotional story has sparked strong reactions online after a mother revealed that her 2-year-old daughter tested positive for HIV, leaving her family confused, heartbroken, and searching for answers.
The woman, a mother of three who has been married for seven years, shared that her child had been seriously ill — vomiting repeatedly and crying nonstop.

She explained that she took the child to the hospital several times. After medications failed to improve her condition, doctors conducted further medical tests, including an HIV test.

The result was devastating.
“I’m in pain… my heart is breaking,” the mother wrote.

“My 2-year-old daughter tested positive for HIV.”
Following the diagnosis, the mother said she and her husband immediately took HIV tests, along with their other children. All tests returned negative.

“I tested negative. My husband is negative. The other children are negative. She’s only 2 years old. Why her alone?” she asked.

The mother says she is struggling to understand how such a young child could have contracted the virus, and is appealing for medical explanations, emotional support, and prayers during this painful moment.
