I’m really delighted to be participating in yet another lovely exhibition! (the 3rd one of the summer 😅😅😅). This one is with the Association Plateau des Arts 23 in Giat (63).

The official opening is at 16.30 tomorrow at La Halle in Giat. There’ll be live music, drinks and nibbles. Everyone is welcome 🤗 - and the brocante is on too, so a really great excuse to combine the two.

I’ve got 6 paintings on show, as well as a large array of prints and postcards. I’ll be guarding the expo this Sunday and again on Thursday 13th August. Would be fantastic to see you if you’re able to come over.

I write with news! About three weeks ago I was contacted by the International Museum of Art Naif in Vicq, just outside Paris. They are doing a 6 month exhibition starting 30th October. They wrote back today to say that they’d like to exhibit my painting of “Up & Over The Wild Moor” from my latest Corren series. Over the moon, can’t believe it. 😁

Je vous écris pour vous annoncer une nouvelle ! Il y a environ trois semaines, j'ai été contacté par le Musée international d'art naïf de Vicq, à coté de Paris. Ils organisent une exposition de six mois qui débutera le 30 octobre. Ils m'ont répondu aujourd'hui pour me dire qu'ils souhaitaient exposer mon tableau « Up & Over The Wild Moor », issu de ma dernière série « Corren ». Je suis aux anges, j'ai du mal à y croire. 😁

Off to Giat in the morning to hang up this big publicity panel I painted for the second exhibition I’m doing this summer, in conjunction with Association Plateau des Arts. Over 35 artists are participating this year, so there will be loads to see. I’ll be guarding the expo on Sunday 9th and Thursday 13th August, so if you’re about, it would be great to see you. ☺️☺️☺️

Really delighted to be participating in the beautiful art expo in St Georges Nigremont this summer (ends 20th September), along with 17 other talented artists. There will be paintings, sculptures, ceramics and jewellery, plus some Aubusson tapestries on show. I’ll be there w8th paintings, prints and postcards. The vernissage is tonight at 18h, if you’re in the area, it would be great to see you. I’ll be guarding the exhibition on the 11th, 18th and 19th August. ☺️☺️☺️

Je suis ravie de participer à la magnifique exposition d’art de Saint Georges Nigremont cet été, qui se poursuit jusqu’au 20 septembre, aux côtés de 17 autres artistes talentueux. Vous pourrez y découvrir des peintures, des sculptures, des céramiques, des bijoux, ainsi que de superbes tapisseries d’Aubusson. J’y exposerai mes tableaux, mes reproductions et mes cartes postales. Le vernissage a lieu ce soir à 18 h. Si vous êtes dans les environs, ce serait un vrai plaisir de vous y retrouver ! J’assurerai également des permanences à l’exposition les 11, 18 et 19 août. 😊😊😊

Really happy that the lovely greetings card company I work with in the UK - Green Pebble, decided to publish my “Sleeping Dragon Hill “ painting as a card. They took 5 of my Corren Island designs in total, another one got published too which I’ll post up next. This one has been renamed ‘Across the Water’. ☺️
