This photo was taken last December in Disneyland California. I’ll never forget the first time I saw the Millennium Falcon at Galaxy’s Edge in Magic Kingdom. It literally brought tears to my eyes. My family chuckled at first but I didn’t care. Seeing a life size Falcon brought me back to those memories when I was 5 seeing it on the big screen for the first time. Never thought Star Wars would be part of Disney but thank you Disney for the magic!!

Last month, my daughter and I went on an 8-day dad/daughter trip to Paris and London—just us. No mom, no sister, just core memories.

She’s been planning this trip since she was 4 years old, and starting it at Disneyland Paris felt like the perfect kickoff.

Here’s your reminder: Don’t just buy stuff—spend money making memories.
You’ll never regret that part.

Phantom Manor, Disneyland Paris
A few weeks ago I walked the corridor of Phantom Manor and saw the coolest loading area of any Haunted Mansion! I had never watched a video or seen photos. It was the highlight of the ride but have to tell you…..the ghosts don’t close your doom buggy for you!!!! WTH??????

What is your favorite Disney resort?
We recently stayed at Hotel Santa Fe at Disneyland Paris. We loved how it really made you feel like a step back into simpler times. Nothing fancy but overall we really liked it. VERY affordable!

Autopia, Disneyland Paris, June 2025
My oldest daughter graduated high school this year and since she was about 4 yrs old she has wanted to go to Paris. A couple weeks ago we did a dad/daughter trip that will be in our core memories forever. Just her and I flew to DL Paris, Paris and then London for an absolutely perfect adventure.
I love this kiddo and can’t wait to see where the drive takes her!
