Mastering starts with a good mix. 🎧

Here’s the thing: a master is only ever as good as the mix behind it. Five extra minutes before sending = a result that sounds right the first time. So here is my go-to list of things to check before sending your music for mastering. Easy and stress-free !

Est-ce qu’on a pas toujours l’impression qu’il faut ajouter quelque chose, même quand c’est déjà suffisant ?

Often I see artists and engineers who are convinced that just one more layer or one more adjustment will make their music perfect. Always wanting to change something up until the version last second of the music production. Even me, resisting the urge to touch something that never needed touching.

There’s no reference point in art. We know what we like, yet we never know how we’ll get there… and that’s the beautiful part.

My job isn’t to add my fingerprint. It’s to be the outside ear that finds a way to enhance yours
