[𝐂𝐫𝐞́𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞] - Un guide pour oser la résidence artistique en entreprise - Et si les artistes de cirque investissaient les entreprises, les ateliers ou les entrepôts ? C’est l’invitation lancée par un tout nouveau guide professionnel, conçu dans le sillage du projet européen Hand to hand. Ce document de 60 pages, à la fois pratique et inspirant, s’adresse aux artistes, compagnies, entreprises et structures culturelles désireuses d’explorer les résidences artistiques en entreprise — un terrain encore peu balisé, mais riche de potentiels.

La première partie du guide propose un véritable mode d’emploi : comment identifier une entreprise partenaire, poser les bonnes questions, créer un cadre de confiance, impliquer les salariés, et construire une collaboration mutuellement bénéfique. La seconde partie s’appuie sur les retours d’expérience du projet Hand to hand (2023–2025), mené à travers l’Europe par Le Palc (France), Bússola (Portugal), Helsingør Teater (Danemark) et ROOM 100 (Croatie). Ce projet a permis à des artistes de cirque d’explorer des lieux de travail comme espaces de création, de rencontre et de réflexion sur l’écologie sociale.

Ce guide met en lumière les conditions nécessaires à la réussite de ces aventures humaines et artistiques : valeurs partagées, cadre clair, référents identifiés, budget réaliste, et surtout, une volonté commune d’ouvrir un espace de dialogue entre mondes artistiques et professionnels.

Pensé comme une boîte à outils, il peut être exploré librement, selon les besoins ou les étapes d’un projet. Il donne des repères concrets, des conseils clés, et surtout, l’envie d’oser franchir les portes de l’entreprise pour y faire naître de nouveaux récits.

Two scientific articles written by ; Nathalie Blanc research director at the CNRS, Magali Sizorn associate professor at the UFR STAPS in Rouen, the 2 researchers involved in the project offer a more in-depth theoretical analysis of the intersection between circus arts, embodiment, and ecological transformation.
These publications are 2 of the final results of the Hand to hand project as part of EU-funded project with the leading of Le Palc, National Center of circus of Châlons-en-Champagne (FR) in partnership with Bússola (PT), Helsingør Teater (DK), and ROOM 100 (HR) over a period of two and a half years.
The 1st article analyzes, through the lens of environmental aesthetics, how the artists became involved in the implementation of the Hand to Hand project up to their artistic public 'restitution' in festivals.

👀This publication is one the final results of the Hand to hand project as part of EU-funded project with the leading of Le Palc, National Center of circus of Châlons-en-Champagne (FR) in partnership with Bússola (Portugal), Helsingør Teater (Denmark), and ROOM 100 (Croatia) over a period of two and a half years.

👉What can you expect to find?
This guide outlines a framework for understanding the challenges and potential of cross-sector collaboration. A first section offers a step-by-step, field-informed guide for designing an artistic residency within a private firm. A second section presents a series of case studies drawn from situated experiences of Hand to hand, with insights from artists, partners, and businesses directly involved.
Throughout its pages, this guide also explores what such hybrid formats can bring to light:
– A different way of approaching work and artistic creation.
– A renewed attentiveness to human and material ecosystems.
– A culture of relationship, movement, and reciprocity.
Conceived as a toolkit to activate according to need, it serves as a support for those wishing to experiment, document, or strengthen artistic residencies in private firms.
